Aspiring People is promoted and managed by Indu Wadhwa, who comes with an experience of over 30 years, in HR and general management across industries like Service, Manufacturing, IT/ Telecom, Hospitality, Power, Health, BPO, and Export, etc. In addition she has over 7 years of experience in consulting domain wherein she has been focusing on Coaching & Mentoring, Training & Development, Inspirational Workshops and Prevention of Sexual Harassment.

Indu worked with G4S Group, Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Ltd, RPG Group, Anand Group (Gabriel India Ltd), Samtel Group, DCM Group (Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd), Hotel Corporation of India Ltd (Hotel Centaur), NTPC Ltd (Badarpur Thermal Power Station) & All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Her last corporate assignment was with G4S as Sr. VP – HR & IR, wherein she was member of the Management Board and commanded a work force of more than 1 lac people deployed across the country.

She engaged in self-development continually and studied the subjects of harnessing the power of mind and the law of attraction for over 10 years. Driven by the core concepts of the power of mind, she left her corporate career and started her journey in the consulting domain. She believes that each individual has infinite potential and can achieve anything. To help people achieve their aspirations, she set up Aspiring People.

She has been consulting with diverse industries. She has delivered a number of coaching & mentoring, and training interventions for senior, middle and junior management personnel. She is also an external ICC member and facilitator for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for a number of companies.

Indu has written many management articles and a book titled ‘My Book-The Journey Beyond MBA’. She has also been a guest faculty at many prestigious Management Institutes like MDI, IMI, SCMHRD, SIMS, SRCC, BIMTECH, ICFAI, Amity, Jaipuria Institute, MERI and others.

Indu holds Post Graduate Degree in Social Sciences from Delhi University and many certifications to her credit. She is a certified Coach, certified Trainer, certified Assessor and certified DISC professional.

She along with her team, offers an array of services like consulting, coaching & mentoring, training, career development & planning, CV & LinkedIn profile writing, POSH & culture building etc.

She is personally very passionate about Career, Life and Wealth Coaching. She conducts workshops on subjects like Creative Visualization, Power of Mind, Creating Money & Wealth, Prosperity Consciousness, and Manifesting Your Desires, Meditation etc.
